The GZR Volar-e is like a Land Rover on wheels, traveling with dignity both in the city and in the countryside. The high-quality Bosch Performance Line motor will take you on a long run or work trip with the power of a large 625 Wh battery. The Bosch electrical system guarantees reliability and the availability of spare parts in the future as well. The open frame design makes it easy to get on the bike. Wide tires and a suspension fork with an adjustable air spring and 100 mm travel make the ride smooth on both cobblestones and dirt roads. The bike is assembled in Italy and high-quality, durable parts have been selected for it.

Shimano CUES is a completely new type of transmission system, the development of which has focused on reliability, ease of use and durability. The chain control from gear to gear is more precise than before, which prevents annoying jumps that also wear parts. Ten gears with a very wide 11-48 tooth rear derailleur ensure suitable transmissions for all conditions. Hydraulic Shimano disc brakes slow down the speed reliably in all conditions. Puncture-proof Schwalbe Hurricane tires are 57 mm wide, offering a soft ride, silent rolling on asphalt and reliable grip in corners.

The Bosch Performance Line motor is strong twisting and of even higher quality. The Smart System system improves connectivity and system operation. The motor is designed for versatile cycling and is also very quiet. Together with the 625 Wh battery integrated into the frame, you can easily go tens of kilometers with full assistance and up to 130 kilometers with lower assistance levels. The battery can be charged either inside the body or it can be removed separately for charging.

The bike is delivered in the factory packaging, assembled almost ready to ride. If nothing else is stated for the bike, the level of stacking is 95%. With a few steps, you can get the bike ready to ride.

When installing the pedals, it is recommended to put grease or oil on the threads. You have to be careful that the left and right pedals go in the right direction. Start tightening with your fingers and only use the tool at the end. Tighten the pedals carefully.

Check the brake and gear adjustments before the first ride.

Small parts such as the clock and reflectors are generally loose, remember to install them for safe movement. Read more assembly tips in our general instructions.

We recommend that the bike is first serviced after 100-300 km of driving at a specialist bike service shop. If you have difficulties getting the bike ready for riding, you should contact an expert bike service.

Degrees of stacking:

• 98% "ready to ride" - E tire ring , pedals and seat post are not installed. The handlebar bracket must be turned to the correct position and tightened. The gears and brakes are already adjusted at the factory.
• 95% - E tire, pedals, seat post and handlebar are not installed . Check the tightness of the bolts and nuts. The gear and brake adjustments are ready except for fine tuning.
• 90% - Front tire, pedals, seat post and handlebar are not installed. The fenders and possible body are not installed. Check the tightness of the bolts and nuts. The adjustments of the gears and brakes are probably not correct.
