The Roger Big air purifier provides clean air in conference rooms, open-plan offices, and large rooms up to 104 m². With its two sensors, the unit continuously measures air quality and instantly detects pollutants such as unpleasant odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pollen, fine dust, viruses, and bacteria*.

If the air quality deteriorates, the air quality indicator changes color to alert you. When the intelligent auto mode is activated, Roger Big automatically adjusts its purification performance: the more polluted the air, the higher the selected power level.

The thoughtfully designed air purifier also features two washable textile pre-filters with integrated Sanitized® hygiene protection. At the core of the device are two Dual Filter™ units, combining a HEPA filter with an activated carbon filter.

The highly efficient H12 HEPA filter removes pollutants such as fine dust, allergens, pollen, viruses, and bacteria from the air, while the activated carbon filter absorbs gases and odors. In addition to a timer, night mode, and wheels for easy mobility, Roger Big also includes Wi-Fi connectivity: air quality and all functions can be monitored and controlled via the app, ensuring clean and healthy indoor air at all times.

CADR 736 m³/h

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) indicates the volume of purified air an air purifier can produce. The value was determined by independent laboratory testing according to the AHAM standard. Higher CADR values mean the purifier is suitable for larger rooms.

Roger Big is suitable for rooms up to 104 m² and provides three air changes per hour. For heavily polluted indoor air and allergy sufferers, Roger Big is recommended for rooms up to 62 m², where it provides five air changes per hour.

Polluted Indoor Air

Indoor air is 2–5 times more polluted than outdoor air. We spend about 90% of our time indoors and are constantly exposed to pollutants. Typical pollutants include VOCs (such as formaldehyde), fine and suspended dust, unpleasant odors, viruses, and bacteria. Allergy sufferers are also affected by pollen and dust mite waste.

Optimally purified air improves well-being, boosts vitality, and reduces illness. Roger, Roger Little, and Roger Big provide effective help in removing pollutants from indoor air.

Air Quality Indicator

Roger Big displays indoor air quality. It continuously measures air quality using its sensors. The indicator changes color:

• Blue = good
• Orange = moderate
• Red = poor

Pre-Filters

The textile pre-filters remove coarse dust particles and pollutants from the air, protecting the Dual Filter™ units and extending their lifespan.

The integrated Sanitized® hygiene function protects the filters against microbial growth. The textile pre-filters can be washed gently at 30°C. Antimicrobial protection remains effective for at least 20 washes.

Under normal use, washing the filters every 3 months is recommended; allergy sufferers should wash them once per month.

Dual Filter™ Technology

Dual Filter™ is the heart of the air purifier. It combines an H12 HEPA filter with an activated carbon filter.

The HEPA filter removes:

• fine dust,
• pollen,
• viruses,
• bacteria.

Roger Big carries the ECARF quality seal and is especially suitable for allergy sufferers.

The activated carbon filter absorbs:

• unpleasant odors,
• tobacco smoke,
• formaldehyde,
• toluene,
• volatile organic compounds, and other gases.

Filter Replacement

The capacity of the two Dual Filter™ units is limited, meaning they should be replaced every 8–12 months depending on exposure to pollutants and gases. The intelligent filter timer indicates exactly when replacement is needed.

Particle and Virus Filtration

During TÜV testing, Roger Big delivered impressive results. It filters 100% of 0.255-micrometer particles (tested according to DIN standard 71460-1:2006). For comparison, a human hair is about 80 micrometers thick — meaning the filtered particles are 313 times smaller.

An additional test confirmed that Roger Big filters 99.9% of all influenza A viruses and aerosols within 60 minutes in a 28 m³ test chamber.

App Control (Wi-Fi)

Roger Big is equipped with Wi-Fi and can be controlled via the “Smart Life – Smart Living” smartphone app. The app allows users to:

• control all device functions in real time,
• activate a child lock function that disables the device buttons for a selected period.
