The UPO induction hob UI6421BC is a very fast, precise and easy-to-use induction hob with which you cook like a pro.

Upo's induction hob UI6421BC has many features that make food preparation easier and faster. With the timer, you can schedule your cooking at a time that suits you or use cheap night electricity for stews that require a long cooking time. As the name suggests, the child lock prevents accidental use of the level, not only by the youngest in the family but also by pets, for example. The ceramic surface material is easy to keep clean and can always be cleaned. In most cases, a damp kitchen towel is sufficient for cleaning. The beveled front edge is both stylish and easy to clean. In addition, it looks elegant, the induction hob fits seamlessly into the kitchen surface.

The cooking areas of the induction hob are significantly more precise than those of ceramic or cast iron, this enables, for example, to boil sauces in a heap with much better precision. Gives full peak power to the plates, for example for heating water or soup, and then automatically drops the power to a lower level. This feature is particularly suitable for e.g. boiling water, boiling potatoes, boiling or heating soups and finally keeping food warm. The "full power heating time" of the automatic rapid heating depends on the selector position of the plate being used, the time is 40 - 195 seconds. The lower the power selection of the plate, the shorter the quick heating time.

Power boost
The power boost function gives full power out of the disk for a limited time. This function can be switched on regardless of the position of the plate's power selector and it is on for a maximum of 10 minutes. This function is particularly convenient when heating large quantities of food at once.

Timer
You can schedule all discs, for example, separately, when the timed time has reached zero, the disc is switched off. This is suitable for all cooking for which you know the cooking or heating time in advance. When the timer is up, the platform will beep.

Egg clock function
You can quickly set the timer to alarm after, for example, 8 minutes, when the boiled egg is ready. You can use this clock function even if you don't otherwise turn the level on. So it can work as a "universal egg clock" in the kitchen.

Maximum heating time
For safety reasons, each plate has a maximum heating time, which depends on the selected heating power. The lower the selected power – the longer the maximum maximum heating time. Depending on the power used, the times vary between 1.5h and 8h. When the maximum time is reached, the disc automatically switches off. This way, the disc can never stay on for a long time.

Overheating protection for cooking areas
If the cooking area gets too hot for some reason, the overheating protection will automatically come into play. It reduces the power of the cooking zone and thus protects the electronic components. If necessary, the overheating protection switches the plate off, for example if the liquid to be boiled from the pot has evaporated and instead of the liquid, the pot starts to overheat. When the disc has cooled, it can be used again. The fan also has a cooling fan that cools the electronic components, it can be on for a while even after you stop cooking. The operation of the cooling fan is fully automatic.

Automatic shutdown function
If the level selector is pressed for too long, or if, for example, liquid has been spilled on it or a cooking pot has been accidentally moved over the selector, the entire level will be switched off. In this way, you cannot give unintentional commands to the hob to heat some cooking area.

After-heat indicator light
The residual heat indicator lights up when the level is still warm after use. The plate itself does not heat up, but all the heat comes from the container that has been used on top of the plate. However, the residual heat can be used to keep the products warm or, for example, to thaw. Energy saving !!!
