The aluminum bread pan is the uncrowned king of bread pans. This loaf pan has straight sides and a lid. With it, you can bake evenly sized square and soft bread. Without the lid, the bread rises to the traditional plump shape of toast. It is great for browning, withstands high temperatures and freezing and conducts heat excellently. Grease the pan before baking. In the pan, you can also prepare e.g. meatloaf or leftovers in the cold.
