OleoClean Compact 2 L is a unique deep fryer as it filters the oil fully automatically. Once the food is deep fried, the appliance is switched off and the control is turned to the automatic filtration position. As the oil cools, it drains through a strainer into a container. Thanks to the OleoClean Compact fryer, frying is easy! The kettle has a capacity of 2 liters, so it can prepare up to 800 g of food. The removable stainless steel tank is durable and easy to clean. The lid can be used during frying. The lid has a fixed metal filter and a transparent hatch, from which food preparation can be safely monitored without oil splashing on.
