SUNLUX XL-9620D - Low cost wireless 2D barcode reader

SUNLUX XL-9620D is a low cost wireless 2D barcode reader for distances up to 100m. In addition to 2D barcodes, the XL-9620 reads traditional 1D barcodes. The 2D reading technology used by SUNLUX enables barcode reading from mobile phones, tablets and computer screens.

The XL-9620 is lightweight, ergonomic and has rubber edges to withstand use. The battery-powered XL-9620 has a built-in barcode reading mechanism, so barcodes are read quickly and without delay. In addition to the data acquisition features, the device has built-in audible and LED indicator systems to indicate barcode reading failure.

The SUNLUX XL-9620 supports the Finnish character set as well as 2D QR barcodes on new ID cards and passports, making it suitable for government, healthcare, government agencies and other personal identification environments.

Easy setup and connectivity

No separate driver installation is required and works with all operating systems. The reader can be connected to mobile phones as well as tablets in Bluetooth native mode or used with a PC via a wireless USB adapter or USB cable.

A desktop charging cradle is available as an option for the reader to support wireless connectivity for multipleXL-9620D readers.
