Product description
Powerful and large smoking area gas assistant. The 4.4 kW stainless steel burner ensures even heat and smoke output to the smoker. 4 chrome-plated smoke grilles measuring 34 x 35 cm. In addition, there are hanging hooks on the roof of the smoker to allow whole fish to hang inside the smoker. An enamelled liquid / grease container is installed under the gratings. The smoked meats are placed in an enamelled meat bin. The meat vessel and the burner are in their own compartment, which can be opened during smoking without the temperature dropping in the actual smoking chamber. Sturdy carrying handles make it easier to move the smoker. The shut-off flap in the chimney can be used to regulate the amount of smoke in the smoker. The thermometer can be used to check the temperature inside the smoker.
