Tootekirjeldus
Powerful and large capacity gas smoker. A 4.4 kW stainless steel burner ensures even heat and smoke distribution in the smoking chamber. 4 chrome-plated smoking racks measuring 34 x 35 cm. Additionally, there are hanging hooks on the roof of the smoking chamber so that the entire fish can hang inside. Enameled liquid/grease collection containers are installed under the racks. Smoked meat containers are placed in the enameled meat box. The meat tray and burner are in their own compartment, which can be opened during the smoking process without the temperature in the actual smoking chamber dropping. Sturdy carrying handles make moving the smoker easier. The closing flap in the chimney allows for adjustment of the smoke amount in the smoking chamber. The temperature of the smoking chamber can be monitored with a thermometer.
