Maximum load capacity
It is important that you know the maximum capacity of each part of your equipment. You can find it in the pictures on the right. When you subtract your body weight from the maximum load capacity, you know how much weight you can load. You only include body weight if there are parts you can sit or lie on.
Example.

Leg rolls for calf support
The wide base ensures stable balance. Your shins rest on the footrests. These provide additional possibilities for variations. Your hands rest on the strong support and provide extra balance during exercise.

Height adjustment (for abdominal support)
You can adjust the CT40 Core Trainer to suit your needs: adjust the height of the hip and abdominal support so you can exercise ergonomically.

To adjust the height of the crank
The stitched seat with sturdy corners ensures that you can use your weight bench for many years and prevents wear and breakage of delicate parts.
