Trec S.A.W. is a highly concentrated pre-workout powder for professionals. S.A.W. is composed of beta-alanine, caffeine, L-arginine and creatine.Ingredients:Creatine monohydrate (76,4%), sodium citrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).Recommended daily allowance:Up to 10 grams (2 scoops).Suggested use:Dissolve 5-10 g (1-2 scoops) of powder in 200 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before exercise. Start with 5g (1 scoop) and increase to 10g (2 scoops) on a rolling basis. Avoid taking with other caffeine containing products!
