Recovery + is perfect for everyone who enjoys sports. Its two-step method ensures effective recovery immediately after ingestion for several hours. In the first stage, rapidly absorbed cleaved or hydrolyzed proteins and short-chain carbohydrates act. In the second stage, recovery continues with long-chain proteins and slow-absorbing carbohydrates that last for several hours. The product has been supplemented with L-glutamine and creatine, essential ingredients for recovery.
