Smooth and effortless shooting

The DJI RS 4 Mini is a new, compact and lightweight gimbal designed specifically for content creators and independent videographers. Its automatic shaft locks, intelligent tracking, Teflon™-coated enhanced balancing and third-generation native vertical shooting make shooting more efficient and seamless.

Quick setup and easy vertical shooting

The RS 4 Mini is equipped with automatic shaft locks that speed up shooting starts, transitions and storage. The gimbal also folds flatter than ever, making it easy to pack in your bag. Switching to vertical shooting is quick: loosen and press the knob on one side, release the level, rotate 90 degrees and tighten back into place.

Triple the ease of balancing

The RS 4 Mini features a Teflon™ coating that reduces friction and makes balancing smoother. A fine adjustment knob on the tilt axis allows precise, millimetre-level balancing of the camera. The upper quick release plate offers three positions for easy camera mounting and balancing.

Versatility

The RS 4 Mini can carry a load of up to 2kg, making it ideal for mirrorless cameras such as the Sony A7 series with the 24-70mm F2.8 GM II lens. You can also use it with vlog cameras such as the Sony ZV series. Plus, you can quickly switch your smartphone to a stabilizer with the new phone mount (sold separately).

Slow recording and zoom

After Bluetooth pairing, you can control the camera or phone to start/stop recording directly with the gimbal's record button. A new zoom control function allows easy control of Power Zoom lenses and Clear Image Zoom with the joystick.

Intelligent Tracking

The DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module (sold separately) helps novice videographers with intelligent tracking and compositing. It keeps the subject evenly centered in the frame, which is particularly useful for applications such as panning and back tracking shots. The module supports tracking up to 10 meters and works reliably in complex environments.

Solid stabilization

RS 4 Mini uses the fourth-generation RS stabilization algorithm, which provides an excellent balance between stabilization power and camera motion feel. In addition, the RS 4 Mini offers improved stability when shooting vertically, making it easier to capture dynamic shots such as running or low-angle shots.

Long battery life and fast charging

Battery life is up to 13 hours and supports fast charging: a 30-minute charge gives you up to 5 hours of use.
