Product description
The Asus ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMGR is a 27-inch gaming monitor that offers precision and speed with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate. Its TrueBlack Glossy™ OLED panel ensures deep blacks and vibrant colors, enhancing the gaming experience, especially in dark scenes. The monitor is equipped with a Neo Proximity Sensor, which protects the OLED panel from burn-in by automatically turning off the image when the user leaves the screen area.
Panel Technology and Image Quality
The 27-inch WOLED panel offers a 0.03 ms response time and 99% DCI-P3 color gamut, ensuring smooth and color-rich imagery. The monitor supports the VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 True Black standard and HDR10 content, allowing it to accurately display details in both bright and dark scenes. ASUS OLED Care Pro technology helps extend the panel's lifespan and reduce the risk of burn-in.
Protection Technologies and User Comfort
The Neo Proximity Sensor detects the user's distance and switches the screen to black when the user leaves the area. Additionally, the monitor performs automatic pixel cleaning and regularly shifts pixel positions to prevent burn-in. The monitor also features OLED Anti-Flicker technology, which reduces flickering across different refresh rates.
Design and Connectivity
The compact stand takes up less desk space and offers tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments. The monitor can also be wall-mounted using a VESA mount. Connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub, enabling versatile connections to various devices.
Additional Features for Gamers
ROG Gaming A.I. technology provides intelligent features such as dynamic reticle and shadow enhancement. The monitor also comes with the DisplayWidget Center software, through which OLED Care Pro settings and other monitor adjustments can be easily managed.
Warranty and Durability
The monitor is designed to last long with an innovative cooling system and comes with a three-year warranty that also covers panel burn-in damage.
