Maximum load capacity
It's important that you know what the maximum load capacity of your equipment is in terms of parts. You can find it in the pictures. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you will know what weight you can exercise with. You only add your body weight to the parts you can sit or lie on. Example.
Dumbbell support
The Tunturi SM60 consists of a weight bench and a Smith machine. The Smith machine is suitable for various dumbbell press exercises.
Handwheel
By combining the exerciser with the armrests and the support pad, you can perform a variety of strength exercises for arms and legs. For example, biceps curl, hamstring curl or leg extension. Simply attach the appropriate number of weights to the bottom.
Adjustable backrest
The backrest of the weight bench is adjustable. The bench is ideal for dumbbell presses when it is perfectly flat. If you position the backrest at an angle, it is the ideal seat for abdominal exercises, without or with weights.
Assistant
Safety is assured during your workout as you can attach a weight lifting bar at any time to reinforce the dumbbells.
