The Tripla Iron is a strong and versatile iron product. It is based on two high-quality forms of iron: iron bisglycinate and ferrofumarate. Iron bisglycinate and ferrofumarate are both excellent, absorbable Fe2+ non-heme iron.

A third, unique component of the product is lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein that not only contains some iron itself, but also participates in the transport of iron in the body.

The product also contains vitamin C, which further enhances iron absorption. By choosing quality ingredients and eliminating unnecessary additives and fillers, we have created an iron supplement that is not only gentle on the stomach, but also has excellent absorption.

So what is iron for? Among other things, iron helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, and promotes normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation.

The amount of iron in the body can be measured in blood tests through haemoglobin and ferritin levels. It is therefore always advisable to measure your own iron levels before taking an iron supplement, as you should not consume too much iron.

To ensure absorption of iron, Refinery Tripla Iron is best taken on an empty stomach. You should also avoid taking calcium supplements, coffee, or tea at the same time, as they impair iron absorption.
