LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT DESIGN
This lens is extremely sleek and lightweight, making it very easy to hold in hand, photograph, or film all day long. The internal zoom design prevents the lens from extending, making it easier to maintain balance while shooting.
CONTROL AND COMPATIBILITY
This smaller lens is perfectly suited for FX-format Z-series cameras, as well as DX-format bodies, providing a 25.5–42 mm equivalent focal length range. The programmable control ring is set to adjust manual focus by default, but can also be used to control aperture or exposure compensation. A specialized electromagnetic diaphragm mechanism ensures greater exposure control stability, which is particularly useful when working with high continuous shooting speeds. The dust- and moisture-resistant lens body is useful for using the lens in unfavorable conditions. The front of the lens also features a coating that protects against smudging, fingerprints, and dirt, and is easy to clean.
