Product description
This SEN-Moisture offers an optimal result with its two long probes and is suitable for an irrigation system, for example. The soil moisture sensor is easy to handle. The two large bare pads are used as probes for the sensor and serve as a variable resistance. The more water there is in the ground, the better the conductivity, which leads to a lower resistance and a higher output voltage. Compatible with: Arduino, Raspberry Pi (with ADC KY053 module), etc. Characteristics: Analog sensor; very long probes based on soil resistance measurement. Voltage supply: 3.3 / 5 V.
