Product description
The Freewell 52mm base ring with lid for Real Locking VND
The Freewell 52mm base ring is an indispensable part of the Real Locking VND/CPL system, enabling you to securely and quickly mount filters to your lens. Crafted from precision-milled aluminum, it provides a solid mount and compatibility with the rest of the system—from VND filters to lens caps. The 52mm model fits lenses with a corresponding thread and allows the system to be extended to smaller diameters.
Cover with NFC—protection and quick access to information
The kit includes a two-snap protective cap with a built-in NFC module. It allows instant access to user manuals, warranties, and support materials—simply bring your smartphone close. The cover effectively protects the lens or mounted filter from dust, scratches, and mechanical damage during transport.
Expandable
The base ring forms the foundation for expanding the Freewell Real Locking filter set. It is available in various sizes (from 49mm to 82mm), allowing you to adapt the system to different lenses. This enables you to use a single set of filters on multiple cameras while maintaining compatibility and convenience.
