Shelly 1PM Gen4 supports Matter certification, allowing it to integrate effortlessly into popular smart home systems. The device simultaneously uses 2.4 GHz WiFi and Zigbee connections, while Bluetooth functionality enables direct communication with battery-powered Shelly devices. All key functions operate locally without an internet connection, ensuring reliable use even during network outages.

Power Measurement and Automation

The device automatically measures power consumption, with data viewable in the Shelly Smart Control app. Measurement data can be utilized in smart automations, such as controlling electric heating, lighting, or pumps. Shelly 1PM Gen4 operates at 24–30 V DC or 110–240 V AC voltage and features one programmable switch input, which increases control possibilities.

Easy Installation and Wide Compatibility

The device is easy to install in wall or ceiling boxes and supports over 200 partner systems, such as Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, and Samsung SmartThings. Shelly 1PM Gen4 also works with DIN rail mounting and provides protection against overheating and overloading.

Local Operation Without a Hub

All Shelly WiFi devices have a built-in web server, so they operate independently without a separate hub. This allows for the immediate use of a single device without complex network setup. Schedules, sunrise and sunset timers, and other functions are also available and remain operational even if the internet connection is lost.
