Product description
Galaxy Z Fold7 Design & Build
The Galaxy Z Fold7 sets new standards in terms of mobility and elegance. With a weight of only 215 g and a thickness of 8.9 mm when closed, it is Samsung's thinnest and lightest foldable to date. The newly developed Armor FlexHinge hinge mechanism ensures increased durability and a virtually crease-free display experience. Thanks to its IP48 certification, the device is also protected against splashes and dust.
Displays
Inside, an impressive 8.0-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display awaits you, featuring a resolution of 2,184 × 1,968 pixels, HDR support, and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The exterior offers a 6.5-inch AMOLED 2X display with Full HD+ resolution and also 120 Hz. Both screens are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 and offer a peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits for optimal readability in sunlight.
Performance & Software
The Fold7 is powered by the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, which, in combination with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage, ensures outstanding performance. The device runs on One UI 8, based on Android 16, and offers seven years of software and security updates. Thanks to integrated AI functions such as real-time translation and intelligent image editing, the user experience is elevated to a new level.
Camera
The Galaxy Z Fold7 features a versatile triple-camera system:
- 200 MP main camera for razor-sharp shots
- 12 MP ultra-wide camera for panoramic shots
- 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom
Additionally, two 10 MP front cameras are integrated under the displays, optimized for selfies and video calls. AI-powered functions enable the removal of unwanted objects and the reduction of background noise in videos.
Battery & Endurance
With a 4,400 mAh battery, the Fold7 offers an impressive runtime of over 40 hours in the EU battery test. The 45 W fast-charging function ensures that the device is ready for use again in the shortest possible time. The Class B energy efficiency rating and the ability to withstand up to 2,000 charging cycles underscore the battery's longevity.
