It easily attaches to the Thule Pack'n Pedal Tour Rack rails, allowing Thule Pack'n Pedal panniers to slide further back on the bike. This creates more clearance for pedaling if needed. It can be used on front or rear mounted Thule Pack'n Pedal Tour Racks.
