Fragrance Composition
Upon first contact, you’ll experience the freshness and refined lightness of the Mediterranean. The top notes inspire with the sparkling essence of bergamot and lemon from southern Italy, followed by the green note of petitgrain leaves. This is complemented by a floral heart featuring a delicate accord of orange blossom and almond, later highlighted by the gentle coolness of juniper berries. The base notes reveal cedar and cypress from southern France, rounded off by white musk and the spiciness of curry seeds.
Fragrance Story
The unique composition of Dior Escale à Portofino was created by perfumer François Demachy, inspired by the leisurely elegance and closeness to nature of the Italian Riviera. Only carefully selected ingredients, obtained ethically and from sustainable sources, were used in the fragrance’s creation. This composition is blended with naturally derived alcohol and water to ensure maximum purity and lightness. The elegant bottle, in classic Dior style, is partially recycled, while the packaging elements are made from environmentally friendly materials.
