The Dell Pro Active Pen PN526 is a precise and versatile active pen for compatible Dell 2-in-1 devices. Its 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt detection enable natural writing, drawing and note-taking.

Multiprotocol support makes the pen compatible with a wide range of Dell devices. It supports AES 1.0, AES 2.0, WGP, USI 2.0 and MPP 2.0 protocols.

Two customisable buttons provide quick access to frequently used functions, while palm rejection helps prevent unintended touch input when writing. The replaceable AAAA battery provides up to s12 months of battery life.

Compatibility note

The pen is intended only for Dell 2-in-1 devices that support active pen input. Standard clamshell laptops are not compatible, even if they have a touchscreen. When using USI or MPP protocols, Dell Display and Peripheral manager does not support button customisation, pressure sensitivity adjustment or battery status monitoring, but basic pen functionality remains available.
