Stay online and prevent data loss
As soon as the power fails, an APC Smart-UPS immediately provides emergency power to all connected devices. Since this happens automatically with an APC UPS, you prevent unwanted outages of, for example, a PC, server, or switch. With the free APC PowerChute software, you can even have critical IT hardware shut down automatically and in a controlled manner when the UPS battery is almost empty. This prevents data loss, downtime, and physical damage to the hardware.
Safety
Furthermore, a Smart-UPS protects connected devices against, among other things, voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes. This APC emergency power supply is ideal for use in (small) businesses.
Battery Runtime
You can easily read the estimated battery runtime in the runtime graph, which can be found between the product images. You can easily see how long the UPS provides emergency power at a specific load.
SmartConnect
Ready-to-use UPS remote monitoring, free for a 6-month trial period. Using the SmartConnect Ethernet port, you can easily connect the Smart-UPS to your network and monitor it remotely via the secure cloud-based APC SmartConnect web portal*. Furthermore, the UPS can be monitored at any time via this port through EcoStruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI).

PowerChute
By connecting the UPS to a maximum of one server via a USB cable, it can automatically provide a shutdown signal during a prolonged power outage, thus preventing a hard shutdown. This exact timing can be set via the free APC PowerChute Serial Edition software.
Network Management Card
If you connect the UPS directly to your network via the optional APC Network Management Card (AP9640/AP9641), it can be easily managed via remote access through SNMP or our remote management software Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI). You can also automatically send a shutdown signal over the network to multiple physical and/or virtual servers. Using the APC PowerChute Network Shutdown Software connected to the network card, it can even be distinguished based on the time of shutdown and the order in which it occurs.
Ease of Use
Physical buttons and an LCD screen allow for the setting and reading of basic functions.
Extend the Lifespan
The internal battery (RBC48) can be easily, safely, and independently replaced by the user. This can be done without having to turn off the APC SMT750IC or the connected devices. In this way, you can easily and cost-effectively extend the lifespan of the APC Smart-UPS and keep your devices online at all times.
Warranty Extension
The manufacturer's warranty for the SMT750IC is 3 years, except for the battery, for which a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years applies. Both are extended by 3 years to 6 and 5 years respectively with the APC Service Pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-02).
