Product description
Spectrum Filaments The Filament HT-PLA 1.75 mm Warm White – High-Temperature PLA Filament
The Spectrum Filaments The Filament HT-PLA 1.75 mm Warm White is an advanced high-temperature PLA filament designed for applications where standard PLA is insufficient. It delivers impressive thermal stability up to 150 °C right after printing and offers significantly enhanced mechanical properties compared to regular PLA. Its semi-matte finish and deep black color make it ideal for functional parts as well as aesthetically pleasing models.
Key Features
High Thermal Resistance: Maintains shape at temperatures up to 150 °C without sagging or deformation after printing – no need for annealing.
Advanced Mechanical Performance: More than twice as stiff, with higher tensile strength and three times the impact resistance versus traditional PLA – ideal for functional and load-bearing parts.
Semi-Matte Finish: Produces detailed prints with a refined look that’s suitable for both prototypes and end-use components.
Eco-Friendly & Compostable: Made from renewable resources and fully compostable PLA base.
Reliable Printability: Works without requiring a closed chamber and prints well with fan cooling strategies.

Ideal Applications
The Filament HT-PLA is especially suited for demanding use cases where parts are exposed to higher heat or mechanical load — including housings, brackets, fixtures, functional prototypes, end-use components, organizational accessories and everyday tools that require enhanced performance over standard PLA.
Printing Tips
Use a nozzle temp between 195 – 220 °C for optimal extrusion.
A heated bed at 40 – 50 °C enhances adhesion.
Active cooling (70 – 100 %) improves surface quality.
A closed chamber is not necessary, but consistent ambient temperature helps repeatability.
