Bulb for terrarium lamp - Repti Planet Repti UVB 15.0, 13W. Optimal UVB intensity helps to convert vitamin D3, which ensures calcium absorption in the body. UVB radiation is a component of sunlight that is important for the health of terrarium animals and prevents metabolic diseases. Ideal for all desert reptiles. Optimum UVB levels, mimicking the sunny environment of a desert area. Effect up to a height of 40 cm (minimum recommended distance from the lamp is 10 cm). Provides UVB rays which are necessary for optimal calcium metabolism. Contains UVA radiation which promotes activity, appetite and reproductive behaviour. Caution! REPTI PLANET UVB 15.0 does not emit much heat or light. If necessary, combine it with warming bulbs and other heating elements.
