Teltonika SWM282 is a managed L2+ switch for business networks, CCTV, and industrial installations where device power supply and stable data transmission are critical. It offers 24 Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ ports, 4 SFP slots, and a total PoE power budget of 300 W, allowing it to support numerous cameras, access points, and IP devices from a single unit.

The switch operates with a throughput of 56 Gb/s and a forwarding rate of 83.33 Mpps, ensuring smooth traffic even under heavy load. A 512 KB packet buffer and an 8K MAC table support network stability during sudden traffic spikes and when managing a large number of devices.

TSWOS, based on OpenWrt, provides access to VLAN, LACP, STP/RSTP, port mirroring, and bandwidth control. This makes it easier to segregate traffic, organize infrastructure, and prioritize time-sensitive services such as monitoring, VoIP, or M2M control.

SWM282 supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and MRP, making it a perfect fit for automation environments and mixed industrial installations. It is a practical solution for scenarios where IT systems, production equipment, and IIoT elements operate on the same network.

The model supports 802.1X, MAC filtering, ACLs, RADIUS, and TACACS+, restricting network access to authorized devices and users only. Additionally, diagnostic functions such as cable test, ping, traceroute, and nslookup reduce the time required to troubleshoot problems.

The anodized aluminum enclosure, rack-mount capability, and 483 x 44 x 234 mm form factor make installation in a standard network cabinet easy. An operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C, IP30 protection, and 100–240 VAC power supply make the device well-suited for professional indoor installations.

SWM282 is suitable for surveillance systems, Wi-Fi networks, offices, warehouses, and industrial solutions where PoE power, traffic segmentation, and centralized management are required.
