Product description
Fiberlogy ASA Filament 1.75mm 1kg
Fiberlogy ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is an engineering-grade 3D printing filament developed for applications requiring high weather resistance, UV stability and excellent mechanical durability.
Compared to ABS, ASA provides similar strength and temperature resistance, while offering significantly improved resistance to sunlight, humidity and outdoor environmental conditions. This makes it an excellent material for exterior parts, automotive components and technical applications.
Excellent Weather & UV Resistance
ASA material is specially designed for long-term outdoor use without significant color fading or material degradation.
High UV resistance
Excellent weather durability
Moisture resistant
Suitable for outdoor applications
Long-term environmental stability
Engineering Grade Strength
Fiberlogy ASA combines toughness and rigidity, making it suitable for demanding functional parts.
High mechanical strength
Good impact resistance
Strong layer bonding
Durable functional components
Stable dimensional properties
Heat Resistance
ASA maintains good performance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for technical and industrial use.
Higher thermal resistance than PLA
Suitable for automotive parts
Stable under outdoor temperatures
Reliable engineering performance
Improved Surface Quality
The material provides smooth surface finishing and supports post-processing operations.
Smooth print surfaces
Good visual appearance
Easy sanding and finishing
Professional print results
Recommended Printing Conditions
For optimal results, printing inside an enclosed chamber is recommended due to higher processing temperatures.
