The Polaroid Go Gen 3 is the world’s smallest analog instant camera, easily fitting into a pocket or bag. The camera measures 106.5 x 83.8 x 64.6 mm and weighs 340 g. A selfie mirror, self-timer, and double exposure mode support creative photography, while the new lens and more powerful flash produce clearer images in various lighting conditions. The camera uses Polaroid Go film and operates on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that charges via a USB-C port.
Selfies and Creative Features
The selfie mirror on the front of the camera makes framing shots easier before pressing the shutter. The self-timer allows group photos without an external photographer. Double exposure mode combines two images on the same film for creative compositions. The updated lens offers zoomed-in selfies with fewer reflections.
Lens and Flash
The fixed focal length polycarbonate plastic lens (63.75 mm) provides a 38° horizontal and 38.8° vertical field of view. Aperture values are f/14.4 and f/32, and shutter speed ranges from 1/500 to 1 second. The vacuum discharge tube flash system is more powerful than its predecessor and improves image quality in low light.
Rechargeable Battery and Go Film
The built-in lithium-ion battery charges via the USB-C port. The camera is compatible with Polaroid Go film, sold separately. The camera body is made of ABS and PC plastics and is available in multiple colors.
