The camera features a dual Leica Summicron lens system, combining a large 1” sensor in the main camera and a 1/1.3” sensor in the telephoto lens. This allows for sharp close-ups as well as versatile wider views. The camera supports high-quality 120 Mbps H.265 video and 10-bit color profiles, including Dolby Vision and I-Log, offering options for both quick sharing and advanced post-processing.

Dual Leica Summicron Lenses

The Luna Ultra’s main camera uses a 1-inch sensor and an f/1.8 aperture, ensuring good light capture in various shooting conditions. The telephoto lens, on the other hand, utilizes a 1/1.3-inch sensor and an f/2.0 aperture, providing additional focusing options and shooting flexibility. The focus range extends from 15 centimeters to infinity, making the camera suitable for both close-up shots and wide landscapes.

Advanced Video Modes and High-Quality Audio

The camera includes several creative video modes such as slow motion, time-lapse video, TimeShift, rotational video, Dolly Zoom, and Barrel Roll. Videos are recorded in MP4 format with H.265 encoding, enabling high-quality and efficient recording. Four built-in microphones, Hi-Fi audio, and automatic wind noise reduction ensure clear sound recording for vlogging and other content.

Convenient and Durable in Use

The Insta360 Luna Ultra weighs 232 grams and is easy to carry around. The camera features a 6-axis gyroscope, guaranteeing stable and smooth footage. The battery lasts up to 4 hours at 1080p24fps resolution, and charging is fast: 80% capacity in about 23 minutes. Wireless connections, USB-C 3.0 port, and microSD card slot add to the flexibility of use.
