Nikon PROSTAFF P7 12X50 binoculars are designed to provide bright and sharp views even in demanding conditions. These binoculars combine 12x magnification with 50 mm objective lenses, ensuring excellent light-gathering capability and detail separation. The binoculars are lightweight and easy to carry, weighing only 645 g, making them well-suited for longer observation sessions without a tripod. The waterproof and fog-proof construction allows for use in challenging weather conditions.
Lightweight and durable construction
The PROSTAFF P7 12X50 binoculars are made of glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate resin, making the body lightweight yet durable. The rubber coating ensures a secure grip and protects the binoculars from bumps and drops. The size and design of the binoculars are engineered for comfortable handling and ease of use.
Top-tier optics
Nikon's optics include multi-coated lenses and prism coatings, as well as dielectric and phase-correction multi-coatings, which together guarantee bright, high-contrast, and natural-colored views. A 4.2 mm exit pupil and 16.4 mm eye relief make viewing comfortable even for eyeglass users.
Versatile use
The binoculars are particularly suitable for birdwatching, nature observation, and stargazing in low light. The minimum focus distance is 4.5 m, so even nearby objects can be seen clearly. The wide 60.8-degree apparent field of view helps in easily tracking moving objects.
Practical features
The diopter adjustment ring's locking system keeps settings in place, and the adjustable rubber eyecups help find the correct viewing position. The objective lens covers are tethered, so they are not easily lost. The binoculars are waterproof and fog-proof, ensuring reliable use even in damp conditions.
