The Sylvanian Families Starter House is a small but beautiful two-storey house kit with basic furniture and a chocolate bunny girl, Freya Chocolate. The Sylvanian doll house can be decorated with the included furniture. The ladder takes you from the ground floor to the second floor or balcony, from where you can access the balcony.
