The Ajax MotionProtect Curtain (white) is a wireless indoor motion detector designed to create an invisible "curtain" or narrow detection beam. It's an integral part of the Ajax security system, primarily used for perimeter protection within a property. Unlike standard motion detectors that cover a wide area, the MotionProtect Curtain focuses its detection along a narrow beam, making it ideal for protecting windows, doorways, or other openings while allowing free movement in other parts of the room. It's equipped with two Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors capable of detecting motion while ignoring pets (when installed correctly). The detector transmits an alarm signal to the Ajax Hub using the secure Jeweller radio protocol. Its white color ensures discreet integration into any light-colored interior.
