KIDDE 2030-DSR smoke detector
Modern design and compact design
The 2030-DSR optical smoke detector has been designed with modern interiors and comfort in mind. Its minimalist design and compact dimensions make it fit harmoniously into any room without dominating its appearance. Made with attention to detail, it is characterised by its aesthetic and durable performance. The discreet design allows for effective home security without sacrificing visual appeal, making the device ideal for both family homes and modern offices.
Advanced TEST & HUSH™ features
A unique feature of the 2030-DSR detector is the presence of a TEST & HUSH™ button, which allows the user to quickly and conveniently check the correct operation of the device. The TEST function allows the user to regularly check the detector's status, which is crucial to its reliability. The HUSH function, on the other hand, offers the possibility to silence an accidental alarm, which can happen, for example, during cooking or frying. This practical functionality makes the device an excellent choice for installation near the kitchen or bathroom, where the risk of a false alarm is higher.
Battery-powered for complete independence
The 2030-DSR operates on a replaceable 9V battery, making it fully independent of mains power. This ensures that the detector functions continuously, even during power failures, guaranteeing safety in any situation. Battery power also allows it to be freely installed anywhere in the room, regardless of the availability of power sockets. What's more, the unit is equipped with a locking device that prevents the detector from being removed by children or bystanders, further enhancing safety and reliability.
Safety first
The 2030-DSR Optical Smoke Detector meets the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN14604:2006P (EN14604:2005) for domestic smoke detectors, which has been confirmed by a certificate from the independent testing unit TÜV Rheinland. Compliance with the stringent standards attests to the device's superior quality and reliability. The certification is proof that the detector has been tested under the toughest conditions, ensuring that users are fully protected against the risk of fire in their homes.
Versatile use
The 2030-DSR is a device that will find use in many rooms. Recommended installation locations include living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, corridors, as well as rooms such as boiler rooms and basements. Thanks to the HUSH function, the detector is also ideal for installation near kitchens and bathrooms, where the risk of false alarms may be higher. The ability for quick installation and long-lasting reliability make the 2030-DSR a choice that combines convenience of use with the highest level of security, providing peace of mind in any home.
