Sieve:
- 3 mm sieve – fine mesh for grinding to a fairly firm, uniform consistency. Perfectly suited for stuffings and pâté.
- 5 mm sieve – medium mesh for grinding meat for minced cutlets, burgers, meatballs, as well as fillings for pierogi, pancakes, and tortillas. Using this sieve, you can also grind vegetables, hard cheese, and even nuts.
- 7 mm sieve – coarse mesh for grinding meat with a distinct texture. The sieve is intended for making sausages and offal.
