Product description
Little shortage
Sometimes you just need a few centimeters more of cable. That is where the Unitek USB-C 3.1 extender comes in. All in black. As one of the few USB-C extenders, it is fully compatible with the USB 3.1 Gen2 standard, which means it provides 10 Gbps transfer speeds, 100W charging, and 4K video.
USB-C Extender with Power Delivery
Power Delivery technology allows for power supply via USB not only for smartphones and tablets, but also for large devices such as notebooks, e.g., the MacBook Pro. A 5A current combined with 20V voltage gives us 100W of power. The E-Mark chip built into the connector ensures charging safety. Remember that the final charging power will depend on the other connected devices, as not all of them support Power Delivery.
Video via USB-C cable
The second-generation USB 3.1 connector is second to none compared to dedicated video cables. It provides 4K resolution at 60Hz or Full HD @ 120Hz. Additionally, there is obviously stereo sound, so you can sit down to watch a movie or play a game. To take advantage of the video capabilities, the USB-C ports must be compatible with Thunderbolt 3 or DP Alt Mode.
10 Gbps USB cable
If you require very high data copying speeds, then this extender is for you. Few devices on the market offer transfer speeds higher than 10 Gbps, and certainly no USB-C extender does. It is, of course, backward compatible with USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1.
Convenience of use
A 50 cm USB-C extender is perfect if the USB-C port is mounted at the back of your desktop computer case and you want to make your work a little more convenient. The cable is particularly suitable for connecting a docked Nintendo Switch to a docking station – you can play and charge the controller simultaneously.
3-year warranty
The cable with the USB-C port and plug is made of highly durable materials, and as proof of this, the Unitek brand offers an additional third year of warranty. To activate it, register your purchase via the Unitek Search app; details can be found at www.gwarancja-unitek.pl
