Tunturi Free-standing punching bag (14TUSBO073)

Boxing with a punching bag has numerous benefits, both physically and mentally. Boxing strengthens your muscles and improves your stamina. You train without an opponent, which significantly reduces the risk of injury, and you can train whenever you like. But boxing also helps relieve stress and clear your head completely. What’s more, you’ll improve your hand-eye coordination thanks to the bag’s swinging motion after every punch or kick.

Benefits:

Not just for boxing, this free-standing punching bag is suitable for a variety of sports, such as kickboxing, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and, of course, traditional boxing. For example, gymnasts and tennis players also use the punching bag to train their hands and coordination. The punching bag is made of PVC material, which absorbs punches and kicks well, so that your joints are not put under excessive strain. The bag is made from a single piece and has no seams, so you have the same flexible surface all over and there is no risk of the bag bursting.
