SmallRig 3984 foldable L-shaped mounting plate, designed for Sony Alpha 7R V, Sony Alpha 7 IV, Sony Alpha 7S III. Securing to the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and locking pins at the bottom, this L-shaped plate features pads that protect against scratches and twisting, as well as a hinged handle near the battery door, which adapts to the camera’s curvature and improves handling experience.



FACILITATES SWITCHING BETWEEN HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL PHOTOGRAPHY

This SmallRig foldable L-shaped mounting plate facilitates quick switching between horizontal and vertical photography while maintaining access to the flip-out LCD screen. The side Arca-Swiss plate quickly folds away on the bottom when pressed with the folding button for horizontal shooting and remains as a single portable accessory, while when shooting vertically, the base plate can be extended to access cables. With the camera secured with a 1/4"-20 screw and locking pins at the bottom, the L-plate features pads that protect against scratches and twisting, as well as a hinge near the battery door, which adapts to the camera’s curvature and improves handling experience. The base plate features multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes for "Magic Arm 3873" and "Cold Shoe 2935" for monitor, microphone, and other accessories used in video production, a hole for a wrist strap, and a QD connector for quickly attaching a shoulder QD strap and wrist strap.
