Needly pH Balancing Toner, with its low pH of 5.5, restores the skin’s barrier function, moisturizes, and brightens pigmentation while caring for the skin’s microbiome. The low pH closely mirrors the skin’s natural pH, making the toner gentle and effective. The toner’s formula is based on galactomyces ferment filtrate, a yeast extract obtained through fermentation.
