The monopod is made from cross-woven and reinforced carbon fiber, and the leg has four sections with a maximum diameter of 36 mm and a minimum of 25 mm. The tripod plate has a combined 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch tripod screw, so you can easily screw on (a compact) ball head, such as the "Leofoto VH-10". A metal holder with a wrist strap ensures that you won't accidentally drop this "Leofoto" monopod.

STURDY LEG
The sturdy MP-364C monopod leg consists of four easily extendable sections. This monopod is secured with a flexible screw or rotating lock. So you can easily loosen and tighten the leg with a simple twist of the screws. To prevent your hands from getting cold when using the monopod, Leofoto has covered the upper leg section with a rubber foam coating. The monopod has a shock-absorbing rubber foot to ensure stability on any surface. If necessary, you can replace this foot separately with a stainless steel spike.
