Feeding recommendations: when switching to a new rabbit food, it is important to do so gradually. Mix the previously used food with Beaphar CARE+® Rabbit for a few days to avoid gastrointestinal disturbances. The required amount of Beaphar Care+® food depends on the size and weight of the rabbit. The information provided below is general; the amount may need to be adjusted to your rabbit's individual needs.
Rabbits weighing 1–2 kg: give 20–40 g of food per 24 hours.
Rabbits weighing 2–3 kg: give 40–60 g of food per 24 hours.
Rabbits weighing 3–5 kg: give 60–100 g of food per 24 hours.
Rabbits weighing 5–8 kg: give 100–160 g of food per 24 hours.
Rabbits weighing 8–10 kg: give 160–200 g of food per 24 hours.
After 24 hours, all uneaten food must be discarded. Always ensure fresh drinking water is available, and rabbits must have unlimited access to hay.
