Beaphar CARE+ food for guinea pigs contains specially stabilized Vitamin C, which is particularly important for guinea pigs. It also contains 21% fiber for better digestion. Each pellet has an identical composition (“all-in-one”), which is important for a balanced diet, as this prevents selective feeding and the formation of leftovers. Specially hardened pellets promote natural tooth wear.
Beaphar CARE+ food for guinea pigs has a low fat content and contains: • Green tea extract to stimulate and support the immune system • Echinacea • Spirulina • Vitamin E • Yucca schidigera • Chelated minerals for better absorption and availability • FOS and MOS to maintain healthy intestinal flora • Omega 3/6 fatty acids.
Feeding recommendations: most guinea pigs easily accept Beaphar CARE+ food; however, if switching from another food, it is important to make the change gradually. Therefore, in the first few days, mix a portion of the old food with Beaphar CARE+. The daily required amount of Beaphar CARE+ food depends on the size and weight of the guinea pig; provide 30–50 g per day, ideally divided into two meals. The guinea pig must have unlimited access to fresh hay throughout the day. Fresh drinking water must always be available. Store Beaphar CARE+ food in a cool, dry place.INGREDIENTS:
