The authentic Victoria tortilla press is crafted in Colombia from durable, high-quality recycled cast iron. With this press, you can flatten dough for a variety of delicious dishes such as empanadas, naan bread, tostones, flatbreads, tacos, arepas, and tortillas. To prevent the dough from sticking, simply place a half-cut freezer bag (like a minigrip bag) between the press and the dough ball, then press down. If the dough doesn't flatten completely on the first try, just rotate it and press again a few times. Once ready, cook your tortillas on a hot skillet for that perfect finish.
