Product description
Microplane's perfect manual grinder for dried chili peppers. This item is a great helper in the kitchen when preparing food. With a chili grinder, you can quickly and easily grate various dried chilies. The Microplane grinder has long-lasting, very sharp steel blades that grate chilies evenly and precisely. With this result, the essential oils of the chilies develop optimally and the taste improves. Myllin's Precise Pressure™ Engineered Tension Spring applies optimal pressure to the dried chilies, thanks to which you get evenly finely grated chili flakes. So feel free to add a delicate aroma or heat to your dishes, which creates a wonderful depth of flavor. The grinder comes with a handy silicone cover that prevents fine spice dust from spreading on the table and worktop after using the grinder. This is especially useful when placing the chili grinder on the table to season food. The chili grinder can be easily cleaned dry or in the dishwasher.
