A smoke alarm should be installed in a minimum of 1 for every 60 m2 in each bedroom or in its immediate vicinity. It is also recommended to install a smoke alarm in rooms with electric appliances or appliances.

The optical fire alarm reacts quickly to the smoke generated by a smoldering fire. Always install a smoke alarm on the ceiling: Avoid the presence of interfering electrical devices such as dimmable lights and air conditioning valves (recommended distance approx. 0.5 m). Test the smoke alarm regularly, once a month by pressing the test button until you hear an alarm sound.
