THEMO smart thermostat (T700)

Themo is the first digital smart thermostat that takes into account not only the heating profile of your home but also the electricity exchange price and the weather forecast. Themo connects to a wireless Wi-Fi network and can be used and managed directly on Android and iOS devices.

Themo is an intelligent thermostat that can be connected to a wireless network, which takes into account the floor's price development in accordance with the electricity exchange price table maintained by Nordpool. With the help of an intelligent heating program (weekly program) and a machine-learning algorithm, the power supply is controlled for inexpensive hours and the floor is timed to be warm according to the users' needs. However, Themo is also well-suited for consumers who prefer fixed-price electricity contracts, as it learns to create an optimal heating schedule according to price and heating needs. The thermostat can also use weather forecasts to anticipate the need for heating.

Themo reduces the heating bill by an average of €8 / m² per year. If the heated floor is 80 m², the savings are estimated to be €50 per month. If the floor is 160 m², the saving is about 107 euros per month. The carbon footprint decreases to 80 kg on the 80 m² floor and 4040 kg on the 160 m² floor. The average station wagon emits about 2270 kg of carbon dioxide per year (source: Trafi).
