The secret to a delicious pizza is a high-quality, heat-retaining baking stone and a particularly high baking temperature. The pizza is baked quickly, even with a baking time of 60–90 seconds. The Cozze 17" pizza oven is quick to use directly, because it is already assembled at the factory. You only need to attach a handle to the door. This outdoor Cozze Electric pizza oven works with electricity. The plug is simply connected to the socket, the oven is switched on and then we wait for the baking stone to heat up. On the roof of the oven the power of the existing heating resistors can also be adjusted. The oven is equipped with a thermostat, so the set baking temperature remains as constant as possible in the oven. The thermostat controller also has a digital display that shows the oven's interior temperature. The oven can be set to a minimum interior temperature of approximately 100°C and a maximum of approximately 450°C. There is also a loose mouth door, which is good to use in the oven during its preheating, and also during baking, especially if the weather is at all windy.
