The Raclette grill makes for a delicious meal and also serves as an excellent program number for an evening out. A popular Swiss dish will take you to the Alpine atmosphere. There can be several types of cheese. Our own cheese for raclettes, but also numerous other cheeses are excellent for e.g. cream cheeses and emmental. Bread and other food can be dipped in melted cheese.

You can use a stone grill plate to grill vegetables, fry bread, and brown the surface of meat. The stone grill plate takes a little longer to heat up, and for this reason it also collects more heat during cooking. Because it also retains heat for longer, it stays hot for many more minutes after the device is turned off. The stone plate is also very suitable for keeping food warm. You can also pour melted cheese on top of grilled foods.

Traditionally, Raclette is also suitable for pickles, small pickles, air-dried ham and potatoes. One of the grill plates must be turned, so that grilling is successful on both sides. Set the desired temperature with the temperature control and wait 5-10 minutes (it takes longer for the stone plate to heat up) When the Raclette plate has heated up, lightly grease the grill plate with cooking oil or grease before cooking. All loose parts of the raclette can be washed in the dishwasher.
