Boost Function
One of the standout features of this induction cooktop is the Boost function, which lets you crank the cooking zone up to full power. This is great for quickly heating up your pan, like when you need to boil water in a flash!
Timer
The timer can be used as a simple cooking zone timer. Once the time is up, the cooking zone automatically turns off. The maximum timer setting is 99 minutes.
Special Safety Features
The cooktop includes a child lock and a usage lock to prevent accidental activation or adjustments. For added safety, it has an automatic shut-off feature. To minimize any mishaps, the device will turn off after two hours, regardless of the power setting. If you lift the pot or pan off the cooking zone, it will shut off after one minute.
Thanks to the built-in temperature sensor, the device will automatically turn off if the internal temperature gets too high. If the temperature protection is triggered, simply remove the pot or pan from the induction cooktop and allow it to cool down. A “H” will appear next to the cooking zone button on the display when the surface is hot, and the symbol will turn off once the glass surface has cooled to a safe level.
