Every type of food will experience optimal conditions. The preset RAW program (45 °C / 24 hours) is used for slow drying, while the FAST program (70 °C / 10 hours) ensures rapid drying. However, you can conveniently set the desired temperature manually in the 35–70 °C range.

You have ten stainless steel drying trays and two plastic trays for herbs and spices. You can always use only as many as you need.

A clear LCD screen displays the temperature, selected functions or programs, and the remaining cooking time. Additionally, an acoustic signal sounds when the buttons are pressed.

 

Special Air Flow technology ensures a uniform horizontal hot air flow throughout the dehydrator, so you can expect perfect results without having to rotate the individual trays. An electronic thermostat ensures the desired temperature fluctuations, which ensure optimal and rapid moisture removal from the food.

And if you still want to check how the food is doing inside, the transparent door allows you to do so. This way, you won't have to open the dehydrator unnecessarily and disturb the room's climate.
